Falling deeply in love with yourself is, I believe, infinitely possible.

I have always had a sense that there is so much more to life than what we can see.

As a child I would just ‘know’ when another person was ‘out of sorts’ or their energy and vibration was low. I often experienced ‘déjà vu’ and growing up felt that I was different in some intangible way. I loved to write.  I loved to be creative. I was at my happiest outside, in nature. I spent many hours gazing up at the night sky and even more doing my best to get close to the ocean.

I always felt a deep yearning for the land, for the water and for the seasons and a fascination in how my body aligned so wondrously to the natural rhythms of the earth.

As a young woman I chose a corporate career, rather than a healing one, but I always felt there was something missing, and I craved a more spiritual existence.  In 2003 I took my Reiki 1 and Reiki 11 Practitioner courses and absolutely loved engaging with the Reiki energies. A yearning for a deeper understanding of what life could ‘be’ was re-born and this curiosity continues to illuminate me now.

The call of Spirit is strong in me and, following a profound and moving breathwork session in Ibiza eight years ago, I decided to train as a Conscious Connected Breathwork coach. The healing that I have experienced personally, and witness every time I hold space for my clients, is truly life-enhancing.

Today as a Reiki Master and Breathguru® Breathwork Facilitator I work with women of all ages to take them deep into their bodies, connecting them with the powerful and sacred wisdom that lies within their very essence.
