
Main Chakras
There are seven main Chakras running through the body, and when all are open, energy runs through them freely harmonising the mind, body, emotions and spirit.
Chakra is a Sanskrit word for ‘wheel’ or ‘energy center’ and during a balancing session you will be prompted to imagine your Chakras as opening flowers.
Root Chakra (Muladhara) - governs survival, relationship with self, financial independence
Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana) - relates to abundance, well-being, pleasure and sexuality
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) - self-love, self-worth, self-confidence and self-esteem
Heart Chakra (Anahata) - Love, joy, inner-peace, knowing, soul-connection
Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) - communication, speaking your truth, self-expression, being heard
Third-Eye Chakra (Ajna) - intuition, wisdom, imagination
Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) - connection to higher realms, inner and outer beauty
